The Batmobile Replica
The extraordinary undertaking of building a complete Batmobile replica was born as a mere idea in -96 and was the seed to what Thalon is today.
It would take a few more years before the actual project began. As complete newcomers to building anything like this, research had to be done on how to progress, what materials to use, methods for achieving the desired result and so on.
As the budget was extremely tight many solutions were unconventional and pure inventions by the team. However they proved very effective and the result speaks for itself. The precision of the bodywork is just phenomenal, not one air bubble flawed the cast and the maximum diversion from the left to the right side of the body is merely 3mm!
Most people that see this in real life don't really get that it has in fact been built from scratch, they assume that it's a kit or model bought from the film studio.
The astonished reactions from the public when driving this in the street can be a bit dangerous as people can't comprehend what they're seeing, and there has been some situations where minor accidents have happened.
